Reservations will be made on a first-come first-serve base; in case the preferred hotel does not have any more rooms available, we will reserve a hotel of the same category/level of cost. Please submit the registration form before June 18th, 2006. After this date, we cannot guarantee accommodation at this price level. After July 31st, 2006 we cannot guarantee reservation at all.
