The conference is free of charge. Lunches and coffee breaks are complimentary.

The organizers will not be able to provide any support for visitors who need visa, unless they are authors of accepted papers.

Hotel room reservations must be done separately! If you want the local organizers to book a hotel for you, you need to fill in the web form provided by the local conference agency (click COGAIN WORKSHOP and fill in the form): http://www.eku.cz/indexEN.htm.
Update: The conference agency has confirmed they still accept hotel bookings. Note that for the cheapest option (Masarykova kolej) the deadline is 31 July 2008. Other options can be booked even after that deadline.
