Proposal Submission

Proposals must be submitted electronically. The European Commission will provide support for the submission process through the EPSS platform, the CORDIS and DG INFSO web sites.

In your proposal, please explain your contribution to the activities of the consortium, as described in Annex 1 to the contract. Pay particular attention to the goals set forth in the call announcement. To receive the Annex, please mail to call@cogain.org the following message:
